I have an absolutely psychotic cousin who is smearing my name, how do I handle this?

Long long story semi short with only relevant details:

I (28 as of yesterday) have a younger cousin (24/ 25 in a few months) who has been absolutely tormenting my life for four years but has escalated things severely since December.

As a child my father joined the military so we rented our house out to her mother and she lived in my room until we returned. At one point in life I took my braces off, she mimicked me a year later. We were never close and only saw each other one time for a few days when I taught her how to do makeup as she was talking lowly of herself and ability to do so. Fast forward to 2017 I had moved away to another state and began getting messages from her on Instagram saying she admired me friends and was absolutely obsessed with us to say the least.

I began visiting her when I visited home and offered her to come with me on my travels every year that I I visited to try to show her a new life. Her parents are both racist addicts and she was beginning to heavily emulate their behavior and in my younger thoughts I believed her seeing the world would help her simply not turn into them.

Fast forward to 2020 she finally decided to move with me. It was a move for a job I was making with her, my sister, and some best friends. I was assaulted and told my family and friends about this and my cousin flipped the situation to where the security believed her and my assaulter and “worried for my mental well-being.” She and my sister told me things like “if you had only kept your mouth shut none of this would’ve happened.” “I hope you die old and alone with no one by your side,” etc. I had never been to the state where this job was and the job was extremely isolated. We were all meant to go to the next job together but my assaulter kept me off of the list because I was “drama” and my entire family and friend group left me in a city I had never been in with people I did not know, and a broken phone. I was homeless for two weeks and found a job that treated me extremely kindly in a village that treated me extremely kindly and I stayed there for years while my family and sister went around telling everyone how they did not believe me and straining my family relations.

During that time my cousin and sister had failed attempts of trying to rekindle with me. The Devil cousin had sex with my sisters crush, took his phone, and was catfishing my sister pretending to be her crush. She tried to have sex with my other sisters fiancé while getting weed. She tried to fuck my cousin who is unrelated to this situations boyfriend as well. She also kissed a man I have been in love with but not with for 7 years. She was having sex with a married man, gave him flowers on his wife’s anniversary, gave my sister Meth, etc. just so many things I didn’t agree with and I told her this along with my discontent for how things went down. We stayed distant until 2023 when I just really wanted my sister back.

My sister was going to a contracted job and my job was on break during that time so I decided to go with her to try to rekindle things not knowing my cousin was going as well. Things went terribly, my cousin asked if my assaulter assaulted me infront of a whole room and punched me in my abscess tooth. She promptly had her head thrown into the wall and I thought that would be the end of things.

But no. She has now been messaging over 30 people since December absolutely slandering me. She’s told my grandmother I need to be put down like a rabid dog. Said she hopes I get r*ped over and over again and thrown into a dumpster, told my best friend I called her a fat obnoxious bitch, is telling people I hoped her little sister gets assaulted, is lying to my family saying she’s had sex with my boyfriend (we live 800 miles away and they’ve never met), etc etc etc. just so many horrendous and outright disgusting lies. Most recently as of today she called the cops on someone and gave my name when she called the police on them so now bad people I had no connections to think I called the police on them. I’m fucked. The police told me since I corresponded back with her as I was initially messaging her asking her to stop, that I don’t have a care. But that’s nonsensical to me because she has messaged over 30 people dangerous fucking lies and I have only messaged her. What do I do? I need advice legally, spiritually, physically. This has been ongoing slander since December. It was my birthday yesterday when she called the cops on the person, I was fishing :/
