Am I okay?

Question

Took this test today but I’m having cramping in my lower back/lower abdomen (like period cramps) and spotting/bleeding. I went to the OB yesterday and they did a vaginal ultrasound. She said everything looked great from the scan but I’m worried that this isn’t normal. Has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy?

The vaginal ultrasound could have irritated your cervix and caused the spotting. I’m sure baby is all good if they said your ultrasound looked good! If the bleeding gets heavier I’d go get checked again

If your ultrasound looked good that is a great sign!!! 
Keep an eye on the bleeding. If it stops I’m sure everything is just fine!!! 
My early losses did start with lower back cramps and spotting which progressed to heavier period like bleeding so that’s why I say to keep an eye on it!

Just to update everyone.. I had a miscarriage a couple days after I posted this. Sunday, May 19th, 2024 will forever be a day that I dread.

I had spotting from week 5 til week 12 with my now 11 month old healthy baby boy. As long as it’s not filling a pad I’d say you’re ok!
