Worried

So we weren’t driving very fast but our car slammed on the breaks for us really hard. We kinda came forward a little forward with our seatbelts on. But it more started and scared us. But it did make everything shift in the car but we didn’t hit anything. More just scared and have bad anxiety. Can it cause anything bad sorry just got worried. And it just made the seatbelt get tight against my stomach.
