I get some cuts a lot of the time when I shave but this is the worst it’s ever been

One you need a different razor whatever you are using isn’t it. 
Two get some golden dial soap to gently wash down there.
Three you got try different positions to shave in, try be little gentle with the razor don’t push down too much take a mirror down there if needed to get a view of what you are doing. 
Should heal okay just wear cotton panties and keep the are area dry as possible until it heals. 
 Seriously get a different razor.. I use men razors because they seem to cut better and don’t use a razor with multiple blades try just a one or two blade razor.
