6w2d Postpartum - Yellow Lochia??

I’ve been checked for an infection last week, everything came back normal. Dr tested me again for other types of infections on Thursday. Will get the results in the next 2-3 days.

Does this look green or yellow to you?? Does it look normal or like an infection??

It doesn’t smell on the pad but when I pat myself dry by my vaginal opening/perineum it smells almost like poop…

I only get this when I up doing stuff around the house.

I’ve rested a ton the past 6 weeks, with my mom, husband and mother in law taking care of me and the baby. I’ve only gotten up to feed baby, get food/drink, use the bathroom/shower, and go to doctors appointments.

I had an ultrasound around 2.5 - 3 weeks postpartum. Results showed no placental or fetal product leftover. I stopped spotting about a week ago.

I had a bad PPH after birth and I don’t want to risk having another one. Please help me ladies!
