I never thought I would see 2 lines again

After stopping fertility treatments in October 2023 because we just couldn’t afford anymore the doctors told me without treatments, my chances of becoming pregnant were slim to none well surprise take that PCOS baby #3 is on their way. I’m still in COMPLETE shock!
