Will plan B work during ovulation window ?

I’ve had unprotected sex during my most fertile days , he came inside me on May 27 (cycle day 17, my average cycle length is now 31 days) which according to the apps it was estimated to be day or two before my expected ovulation date. I took plan B couple hours after the incident (also on May 27). I usually get mild cramps when I’m ovulating either on my left or right side low abdomen. The next day (May 28) after taking plan B , I felt the regular ovulation cramps.

Does this mean the ovulation did you get delayed? Are the cramps I’m experiencing part of the plan B side effects? And do I still have chances of getting pregnant?

I know that at this point there’s nothing I can do but wait. If someone is familiar with this experience please share your thoughts, it will help me go through this waiting phase at ease. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️

The plan B I took is Levonorgestrel.

I started having cramps, low back pain and spotting (dark pink/ brown color) on June 6th.

My period started on June 7th with an unusual light flow , mild cramps and back pain.

Day two of my period (June 8th) the flow looks normal, a bit heavy with some clots as I usually experience it.
