What is this?!

I’m so confused, I had sex with my boyfriend yesterday and now I’m bleeding the morning after. I’m not on my period because my period was like two weeks ago, so I know it’s not that. I’m confused tho. Why am I bleeding? It’s even dripping when I stand up, and the blood looks like Period blood if it falls persay on the toilet after I go to the bathroom, but I know it’s not my period. I’m so confused and I’m legitimately worried. What is this? Somebody please help! I’ve had this one time before now but never like this. I’m confused and just need my support system on here to come out. I love y’all, thank you so much!
