Baby girls name?

So I’m stuck, trying to find a name for my daughter…. I am currently going into my 23rd week and have been struggling to decide on one since I found out her gender.

I’m worried that by the time she comes, I won’t have decided so it would make me

feel at ease if I figured it out now 😭😭

I have narrowed it down to two names,

One of which has a very special meaning in my opinion, and the other just sounds pretty.

I would greatly appreciate others opinions, so please feel free to vote and share comments to help persuade me🫶🏻

The first name I chose because the meanings heavily correlate to water, and I live by the coast. Also the name Lynn is both my mother’s, and mother-in-law’s middle name.. so I’d love to pass it down to my bb. 

The second name I chose because I’ve always liked how the name “Billy Jean”

rolls off the tongue, and of course I’m an MJ fan, so it somewhat reminded me of it.

I truly can’t decide because I feel like they are both beautiful names. Though I’m leaning more towards the first, I just can’t help but think it’s a bit awkward because I’ve never heard it before, or anything like it.
