Pregnant again?

So I got a very faint positive this morning, I am waiting to tell my boyfriend until I get a stronger positive…. I have had 4 miscarriages… (miscarriage 1 and 3 were closer to chemical pregnancies but #2 was about 7 weeks and this last one I was about 9 weeks… ) I don’t know how to tell him about this pregnancy…. Last time I crocheted some baby shoes and a hat and put them in a box with the test and told him before work… but with this one I’m not sure what I should do?

Maybe set up the test, and a little calendar of the due date? for when he comes home from work?

Or Should I just tell him and show him the test

Or are the crochet baby shoes and hat a good way to tell him? I just don’t know if I should do that one again… idk I thought it was really cute and he loved it he still has them… but what are some ideas on how to tell him? He is already excited has been asking me if I got a bun in the oven and stuff like that, I’ve told him I don’t know yet but every time we talk about it he gets excited.

Idk I’m just nervous and excited
