Sharp pain when picking up toddler?

I am 23 weeks and I’ve noticed when I pick my two year old up I feel a sharp almost burning sensation in the yellow highlighted area. It goes away when I change positions so I’m thinking musculoskeletal? Just curious if anyone has had this as well

Yes 🙋🏽‍♀️, PT said it is from a tight back muscles trying to hold as my abs stretch. She told me to hold abs tight with moving and stretch my back with “cat-cow” and “open book” exercises.

I feel this too! I’ll get a sharp pain if I hold my toddler on top of my belly and when I shift his position the pain goes away!

Could be costrochondritis! Id consult with your doctor but im sure thats all it is :)
