Hi, I am struggling from reoccurring viginal yest infection like sometimes twice a month before and after my periods, since we moved to a new city in November last year. I checked with the doctor got blood tests, swap test and urine test too. Nothing abnormal but excessive fungal growth. Doctor gave both oral and external medicines but they are just temporary relief, infection comes back again after few weeks. I also took probiotics supplements, but can't get rid of the infection.

Please advice what should I do.
