Are these normal levels ??!

If anyone could help I’d be forever grateful so I roughly 14DPO today.i did do a pregnancy test a few days ago and was negative .. Ovulation was confirmed from a ultrasound, had a scan to see how my current cycle is at the moment and they couldn’t see anything as IF I was pregnant would be way to early to see anyway. They got me to do some bloods and the results have just come

Back but as my fertility clinic is closed can anyone tell me if these are good levels or not ? also my endometriam thickness is 9.7 and I did a ovulation test to see what’s going on with that too and was 0.51
