Any one had to give birth alone?

I’m new to this state & my family is about 3 hrs away. My brother & sis in law lives around the corner from me but they just also had their baby & he’s never home due to work (he drives across the US). Just want to know what to expect & how your journey went …

Had only my mum by my side with first one if your parents can’t make it I’m pretty sure there will be lovely and supportive nurses to help y out and hold your hand I had that and was absolutely scared but she hold my hand when my mum had to go and told me everything will be fine

Yes I gave birth by myself with my second everything was very unexpected and my husband didn’t make until 15mins after. With my third I went in thinking I was being overly cautious with lack of movement and turns out I was kind away from having to go through a C-section all alone (didn’t happen thankfully)
I loved giving birth alone ￼the nurses were so supportive and I never felt alone. My biggest tip is to breath through out your contractions use your fingers and count till 7 each time you get a contraction. You will be fine ♥️

I gave birth alone, I had the nurses and midwives hold my hand and coach me they were very supportive and kind. It was so nice to just have me and my baby to bond with no interruption.

When I was pregnant with my twins I actually had them completely alone. The father was never in the picture and I had just taken my mom to the airport maybe an hour before my US appointment. Before she got out the car she goes don’t have those babies while I’m gone you have 2.5 more weeks to go I’ll be home Sunday see you then. Went on to my appointment and things went left. Baby B was in distress his heartbeat was dropping with every movement of baby A which they noticed that their umbilical cords had gotten tangled and A’s was now wrapped around b’s neck. I was taken straight to labor and delivery for induction. I was so nervous but I was also pretty out of it because of the meds they had me on. They contacted my mom and she was devastated. Induction went on through the night got the epidural finally and about30 min later the nurse woke me out my sleep all while squeezing my legs together telling me to make no sudden movements because baby’s head was literally out we ended up in the Er where they got my first baby out only to try to push him back in a little because the cord was knotted cutting off supply to my other son. Talk about scared. The doc was over it he told me your going to feel lots of pressure but I’m going to get out now he went in and pulled him down baby A came out and as he pulled B out he was unraveling the cord from his neck. I was so emotional and scared because my first baby was crying and my second was purple laying limp with no cries. They ran out of the room with him so fast. I was flooded with emotions. I was able to be put in my room and spend mommy time while I wait to see what they were saying about my son in nicu. By that time my sis in-law arrived and I sent her to check. She comes back crying he’s so tiny but he’s alive. That was the best new ever. Me and Jarmarcus was able to leave next day but Jawaun had to stay 2weeks until he was able to feed from a bottle instead of a tube and be required weight of 6lbs he was born 3lbs 5oz.

Yes i was alone when i was having our 3rd baby due to my husbandstaying home with our other children since we dont have anyone to watch them for us.my experience was horrible bcz the nurse that was supposed to be with me was not supportive and didn't even believe me when i told her i was feeling baby's head between my legs by the time she accepted to check baby was out so she held the baby's head with one hand while trying to reach emergency button on the wall. This action caused my baby to have brain bleed since she was also premature
