9DPO Cramping?

Early cramping is very usual for me I usually only cramp the day of/before my period but today I had cramps bad enough I got my heating pad out. My boobs have also been extremely sore much earlier than usual. My question is based on the times we BD is it even possible to be pregnant and if this is implantation cramping when would be the best time to take a test and actually get a result? Thanks!
