Shedding lining no blood?
So, I’ve been discharging what looks like either my uterine or vaginal skin/lining, and I’ve been experiencing cramps but there’s been no blood?? My body is acting like I’m on my period but no blood..
I’ve had the IUD for about a year now and idk if occurrences like this are normal.. can someone help?
The discharge has been looking similar to this but most are much larger chunks up to the size of my pinky nail
