My son is almost 4, he attends daycare twice a week. A couple of days ago after finishing daycare we went to my mother’s house and the heater was on (it’s cold in Australia). So the place was nice and warm. He had a tantrum and suddenly his face was covered in white dots and he became itchy. I took him to the docs, he said give him antihistamine for 3 days. He’s been fine, but today he had another tantrum and he’s flared up again.

As far as I know he has no allergies, and it’s strange he only flares up when he’s really upset and crying. I thought it was from the warmth of the room but it’s not. Has anyone’s child had this before? It’s so strange and I feel like Google isn’t helping!
