Unisom for insomnia?

I’m only 5+4 and I’m having awful insomnia.

Anyone take unisom a lot during pregnancy? Any other tips for insomnia?

I used to be the best sleeper! I would fall asleep within minutes and sleep through the night and wake up so rested. But for the past week, I’ve been struggling with insomnia and it leaves me feeling exhausted.

I finally tried unisom 1 night and I slept so good! I forgot to take it last night and again couldn’t sleep.

Anyone else have insomnia? Did you take unisom? For how long? Any other tips or advice would be appreciated! 🙏🏻
