Long message ahead, but I really need an opinion or help..

So.. I found out I was pregnant about 4 weeks ago, 1 week after having a period. About a week or 2 after that I experience sharp hip pain on the left side like ligament pain almost but just sharp. I get it checked out at the er and get labs done to rule out ectopic or whatever and everything looks ok. Well, a few days later the pain grew very intense so I go to a different er and basically everything looks ok but too small to suggest anything. The next day I start spotting, which isn’t unusual after pelvic exams or a trans vag ultrasound, so I didn’t think anything of it. That was on Monday, the bleeding just ended lastnight, on Saturday. Still having mild pain in the same spot. I took another test just to see, I know it would come back positive whether I had a miscarriage or not because of hormone levels but I was curious… if the positive line was lighter than the other tests before all this… does it mean miscarriage is probably what has happened? Or could it be harmless… I don’t know :(
