Implantation bleeding or period?

I’m confused never been pregnant before but there is a chance I could be pregnant. I missed my period a week ago. I tested negative 2 days ago & Today I started bleeding I’m unsure if It’s my period or implantation bleeding? TMI I inserted an image.

Spotting can happen for so many reasons. Its hard to say what is causing the spotting based on how it looks. All spotting is going to look similar regardless of what is causing it. If it is due to implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days.
