I feel like a bad mom smh

so my daughter is 4 going to prek and this is the first time I will miss any event in her life . I started the NYPD academy & her graduation is the day of a big exam & big presentation. They said if I cant come I will have to do the presentation alone meanwhile this was a group presentation with tons of work. Im not sure what to do .. her father , my mother , and my cousins will attend and I will facetime during the ceremony my academy said they will allow me to do it .. why do I feel so guilty? Will she remember this?
