Has anyone had early pregnancy bleeding and still had a healthy pregnancy?

I am early pregnant. Somewhere in the 5-week range. Yesterday morning I started spotting at 4:30 am. It was just when I wiped but it was bright red. I went to the ER because I’m RH negative and need rhogam any time I bleed during pregnancy. I got an ultrasound and they couldn’t even see a sac yet but she said my uterus and lining looked consistent with an early pregnancy.

My betas came back super low at 22. At this point, I thought it was a miscarriage but I was confused because I had no pain, cramping, or anything. My bleeding is a little heavier now but not even reaching my pad. Still only coming out when I pee or wipe. Today I tested with a Pregmate strip and got a clear line which confuses me because the sensitivity is supposed to be 25 on those and if I was at 22 yesterday and miscarrying it would be falling and I would get a negative or a verrry faint line….

I don’t want to give myself false hope and I’m still thinking it’s more likely that I’m miscarrying but nothing is adding up. Has anyone had similar experiences and had a successful pregnancy?
