At 41+1 pregnant, I gave birth to my first child in the hospital after laboring at home for about 4 hours. Lost mucus plug around 8pm Saturday, contractions started shortly after. Water never broke (? Still piecing things together ☺️). Headed to the hospital at 1:30am Sunday. He was born roughly 4 hours later. All with spontaneous labor and zero pain management 🤯🙃😅 Grateful to my husband and my doula for getting me through it.
