I thought I had the beginning of a uti , I told my sister and she told me she had something that helped I trust her so I took a pill (I know I shouldn’t have done it ) then she showed me the box and it’s an actual antibiotic it’s cipro 500mg

It’s been almost 24 hrs since I took it and didn’t really have any side effects but I searched it up and theres horror stories out there. Now I’m concerned because I took one without even actually knowing if I have a uti🤦🏻‍♀️ has anyone had this antibiotic without issues?
