Totally confused
So…let me first start off by saying my last pregnancy was 5 years ago, and 7 months later I had my tubes tied or so I thought. A year afterwards I found out they only placed filshie clips on my tubes. I have heard bad things about these clips having a rep for falling off or coming undone.
Fast forward to now, I almost always have ovulation pain every cycle. Some months are worse than others but it only last 24 hours at the most. My cycles run between 28-30 days. This cycle I BD’ed 1day before my fertile window, 2 days in and the day before my predicted ovulation date. Didn’t think much about it because technically I’m not supposed to get pregnant unless something has gone wrong! I put a pic of my current cycle down below for reference. My predicted ovulation was on June 3rd but I started feeling ovulation twinges on the 1st. On June 5th, I had excruciating cramps to the point that my muscles hurt anytime I moved. I laid with a heating pad all evening and took pain pills but nothing helped. The next day, the pain was still there but was significantly better. Unfortunately this pain has not went away and I am on cycle day 25. It not a constant pain but a cramping that goes and comes. It feels like my normal menstrual cramps but no bleeding. I do not cramp until day 1 or 2 of my period. Since June 5th. I have had the cramping, heavy white creamy CM, back aches, nausea from time to time, sore nips, very emotional and irritated and I am exhausted allllll the time. The last time this happened to me was in my early pregnancy 5 yrs ago. This is where my confusion begins. I’m not supposed to be preggo but I sure feel like it. I have not tested yet because I know it’s too early but I have ordered cheap test (mom meds) from Amazon and will be here tomorrow. If I am not pregnant what can this be! Is there anything else that can cause me to feel this way. Also, I did have a dream on June 9th that someone close to me told me I was pregnant and I saw the embryo. Please help if you can. I am in total confusion.
