Implant removal

Hi all! I got my implant removed on 5/28 I had sex 4 days prior to the removal and have not had sex since. I’m just wondering how would I know when to test? I never got my period while using the implant so I can’t go off my last period. I will say about a 5 days ago I started feeling nauseous and tired but I’m also on a new medication that nausea is a common side effect.

Any ideas?
