Help periods late

Glow predicted my period to be today.

Normally i know when she would come but it doesn't feel like my period would come at all, I use EWCM to track cuz I only have it when I'm ovulating.

My last period was 16-18 and in a normal 28 days cycle its supposed to be today.

I don't keep track I just know few days or weeks after EWCM she would show up.

But then every single bone in my body hurts.

I've been feeling really sick

I didn't spot or stuff.

I didn't have normal sex just oral sex three days after my last period but I'm worried a little sperm mixed I've made enquiries and people said I shouldn't worry, took a HCG test strip that uses blood instead of urine a week after the day of the oral at a pharmacy it came negative.

No sore breast or change in appetite.

But I feel nauseous a little almost like there is something in my throat, I run temps too.

My discharge is white and thick and chunky kinda doesn't show on my underwear but when I wipe people said its normal.

My EWCM lasted from 2nd to 8th of this month started thickening on the 9th became super thick 10.

Please what's going on.

Am I pregnant?

What's with the symptoms.
