My husband started his own handyman business the first of this year. I typed up a nice thank you to send to all the clients after each job, which he signs, and it also included a fridge magnet that looks exactly like our business cards.

We have had a few clients that have done repeat business, such as 2-3 different jobs / projects. My husband and I were thinking of perhaps doing some kind of appreciation thing for repeat clients but are not sure. He doesn’t want to do a free / discounted service but instead wants to send them something. He was thinking a $25 gift card but to what or where he’s not sure.

I was thinking perhaps something else with our logo on it; koozie, tshirt….

I’m just wondering what ppl would suggest. If you have a small business what’s something you offer as customer appreciation? Or, what is something you’d like to receive from a company for repeat business?
