Flat warts on leg??

I’ve had Keratosis Pilaris only. But I’ve been seeing these flat warts on my leg only. I’m not sure if I should set an appointment or just use otc treatment, since I have no insurance… I’ve tried putting the ordinary glycolic acid on it, but it only made it red & irritated.

Does anyone else know about this…?
