What’s the chance of having a postpartum hemorrhage after 9 weeks postpartum?

And can you hemorrhage after 12 weeks? Also, can sex and an orgasm cause a postpartum hemorrhage?

I still have a little bit of yellow Lochia and my tear is healed. I really want to try sex with my husband but I am scared that will happen. I had a bad hemorrhage a few hours after I gave birth to my daughter. I’m almost 10 weeks postpartum.
