A little advice !

Hey guys so I’ve been on the combination pill for YEARS. Well I just switched my time from 12 noon to 9am due to my work schedule…

At about 8:30 this morning I was in the shower and I threw up a little well I got out, brushed my teeth and all that good mess and took my pill at 9 am like I have been doing , this was my 5th pill of the pack.

Will this incident of me getting sick alter my pill’s effectiveness??

Also 2nd question Will the change in time alter the effectiveness
