Quick backstory. Our son was a stillborn almost two years ago. Now this baby will be born around my son’s 2nd birthday and understandably we are going to be on high alert. But I don’t want backlash from family or friends who want to see baby. So I have some rules. Are they asking too much?? Baby isn’t here yet, I’m just a planner. Any advice on push back will be great too!!

1. Please WASH YOUR HANDS!!!

2. Communicate if you would like to come and we’ll schedule a time. Calls work best right now.

3. Don’t wear strong smelling cologne/perfume.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO KISSING BABY!!! No exceptions!!

5. Do not come if you’re sick or getting over sickness/ been around someone sick in the last two weeks!!

6. I don’t care how long you stay, as long as you don’t care that I won’t play host.

7. Ask before posting/ send photos.
