Does cranberry juice really help ?

I tested negative for BV but I have the symptoms, fishy smell and itching. Does cranberry juice help for that ? And is the one pictured the right one? Since I am breastfeeding this is the first thing I want to try to see if it works.

Cranberry is for UTI, and only the sugar free glass bottle kind that's like $10. Try a probiotic.

For uti yes. But I have never heard of it being good for anything else.

cranberry juice will not work. try eating plain or vanilla flavoured greek yogurt, has really good probiotics and i always notice a better smell down there when i eat it everyday

Some people do boric acid inserts  I never have so I can’t recommend it. And I know you are breast feeding I could call your obgyn and talk to the nurse and talk about the symptoms and remind them that you are still breast feeding and what they can recommend
