Why do child free people hate kids?

I don't care if people choose to have kids or not have kids. Just don't understand why child free people hate kids being kids. I got a note on my door of our apartments about my child that they had egged someone's car and I was fined by the apartments. I asked my child about it and she said she was sorry it one of her friends had an egg and it was just one egg. When I found out what car it was, it belonged to my upstairs neighbor. Obviously I told her not to do that anymore if she wants to keep playing outside. But like... They're 10. When I was in high school we used to toilet paper our teacher's houses and they would just laugh about it. Nowadays kids can't be kids anymore and they want to punish parents for kids just trying to have fun. This stuff wasn't taken seriously back in the days. Nowadays 10 year olds are stressing like whores and all mine did was throw one egg at someone's car and it didn't damage the car so a fine seems a little excessive. My neighbor is childless and most likely hates kids. I'm not saying we should be letting kids run around and disrespect people. But I don't think we should be making parents lives harder by reporting 10 year olds to the office for being 10 year olds.

Edit: Eggs do not damage cars. If it were me I would have just taken my car to a car wash. Not walk up to the office with a stick up my ass to get a parent with 4 kids a fine from the apartments.
