Huge blood clots

I have been spotting and bleeding for 3 months straight. The spotting will go away for a couple days then start back up again. My partner can’t even barely touch inside me or I start bleeding heavy even when I’m not already bleeding. I have been passing a lot of clots today picture 2 was an hour after I passed the first picture. I do have PCOS but with my symptoms I hardly ever had period (like 2 a year) now for the past 3 months I have been bleeding constantly. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Or big clots like this? I’m planning on making an appointment with the doctor I just want to see if anyone else has had issues like this and what came of it? Thank uuoj
