Missionary @ 30+ weeks??

Am I doing any harm by doing missionary at 30 weeks? I know you’re not supposed to sleep on your back but will 5-10 minutes hurt?🫣
I know there are other positions but this is our go-to and honestly the only one I can get an O right now lol

you can always prop your self up a tad bit! might feel better anyways 🤪😂. but 5-10 mins should be fine, try propping yourself up, if not, you’ll be okay! i have woken up on my back throughout my ENTIRE pregnancy lol!

If figure they make us lay on our
back for an ultrasound and baby is fine then being on your back for 10 minutes cannot be dangerous if you feel well. 30 weeks was about the limit of traditional missionary for us though. Getting on top was gold for us last time. We both enjoyed the big O that way.
