Can yall explain?

I’m very simple terms how I can start tracking my ovulation

I’m getting my hormonal IUD removed bc we want to start trying for a baby! I’ve had my IUD for two years and I was on nuvaring 4yrs before that.

I’m genuinely confused. I know I’ll need to track my cycle (I’ve never done that before bc of birth control I knew when my periods would come). And I’m aware this app was just guessing on ovulation, I also get ovarian cysts, can that affect ovulation as well? I’m going to talk about all of this to my OBGYN whenever I get my IUD removed next month
