Parasite while pregnant

I rescue animals and I caught this parasite called Giardia. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I’m very scared. I don’t want to lose the baby. I’m experiencing bad lower back pain pelvis pain nausea and I never get nauseous. The baby is moving but I’m so scared what should I do ? If I go to ER what will they even do bc I went and got my results back all the did was give me antibiotics but I’m scared for the baby
