I had my period 6/5-6/9. Had unprotected sex on 6/13 and took plan B a few hours after. On 6/18, I started spotting. Figured that was “normal” but I have been bleeding like a period (just a bit lighter) since 6/19 and experiencing my usual symptoms (ache, back ache, bloating/cramping).

I know Plan B can mess your cycle up. But is it really possible it triggered my period to come THIS early? My cycle has always been regular. I’ve only taken Plan B once before and noticed absolutely no change in my cycle, so I’m a little thrown.
