Tw: Loss

I recently lost over 100 lbs and got pregnant in late April. Things were going great until my first ultrasound. Baby was measuring behind a couple days and heartrate was within the range for her gestational age but I felt it was low. Fast forward two and a half weeks later I went in for a scan at peace of mind scan and baby was measuring small and they didn't try to get a heartbeat. I pulled an hcg beta even though I was 9 weeks. It was a little higher than a month ago. I Went to the ER and they pulled another hcg which dropped in 24 hours time. Baby was measuring at 6 weeks and had a low heartbeat. At 10 weeks exactly my miscarriage started. This is my second loss of 2024.
