So my daughter is 9 months old and me and her dad recently left from California we was living with his mom and we are in Texas now in our own place he is very toxic and I want to leave with my baby I’ve talked to him several times and nothing has changed he says he will call cps and they will take her away from me and I can’t lose her please someone give me some advice thanks
