Mounjaro/PCOS/Fertility

So yesterday I started a course of the Mounjaro drug, I have had problems losing weight so hopefully this will help me to achieve my goal. My Dr will not progress my fertility checks until I lose weight as I am only 31 and seem to be ovulating every couple months. Just wanted to keep an accountability record for myself and log any updates....... It is a drug primarily used for diabetics, but it simulates the release of a hormone that controls hunger and affects metabolism. I am not an advocate so you can research if you want to know more. I took the injection last night, around 23:00 (joys of shift work) and slept fine, although I woke up a bit shakey this morning. I didnt feel dizzy, just a bit off, and now its lunch time and although I know I should eat something to break my fast I am more thirsty than hungry.
