Beta HCG question

Question regarding beta hcg. I had my beta test at 12dp5dt and it was 263. The clinic I’m with wants to see it above 270. Going for a second test tomorrow. Is mine on the lower end or is it normal? First time doing IVF and beta draws. No betas with my first born.
