Red Cheeks on One Side?

Hey mama’s!!

I have a question for you all. My baby, 4 months old, 5 months on the 3rd has a red cheek on his right side. Other than the red cheek, he is happy, playing, laughing, and trying to chew everything. Has any ones baby had this during teething? I’ve tried asking my parents, but all of my parents children were heavily melanated. My baby Is half white, and he is on the brighter side. I’m not really close with my in laws, so I have no idea of my husband had this while he was teething. Any help would be greatly predicated. Thank you!
