Hi. So I had my first ultrasound this morning expecting to be 7w1d but when they found the gestational sac (and nothing inside) they measured it at 5w3d. They have me coming back in two weeks to scan again. I’m praying for a miracle that baby is there with a heartbeat but I’m aware this could end in miscarriage. I’ve had normal pregnancy symptoms, similar to my last baby, plus nipple tenderness (which I haven’t had in any other of my three pregnancies). I started spotting only when I would use the bathroom and would wipe - never anything in my underwear - when I was 6w5d. Truly a very SCANT amount and mostly brown and some pink mucousy discharge. Never any bright red bleeding. Just hoping to see others experiences.
