First infertility appointment

I have my first infertility appointment at the end of July. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant with baby #2 for 12 cycles now, the month of my appointment will be cycle 13. I have had one successful pregnancy and have a healthy almost two year old so I can’t believe I’m having such a hard time getting pregnant again but I know it can happen. My one pregnancy has been my only pregnancy, I have not had any miscarriages that I know of. For context, I had my first child at 23 and I am currently 25 now. As far as I know/can tell I ovulate every month. I get positive OPKS and my cycles are very regular. Between 28-32 days long every month. I’ve tried doing research on what kind of fertility treatments they would put me on but if I’m ovulating regularly and I don’t have PCOS and Endometriosis, what kind of treatment could they do other than IUI or IVF? Would i be put on clomid or something even if my body is regularly ovulating? I have no idea what to expect and my research hasn’t given me any answers. Any advice or previous experiences help! TIA!
