TMI so sorry!

I haven’t done the “deed” in a week in a half, first time with my partner yesterday I bled immediately after not a lot but visible, today when I wiped it felt irritated so I look & I look torn if that makes sense.I’ve personally never had this happen what do I put on it to make it heal being that part of me is so sensitive, I’m way less irritated than this morning but if I wipe that specific spot hurts. Again I’m sorry for over sharing but I don’t want anyone close to me know this it’s so embarrassing. I did tell my boyfriend and he understands but now I feel humiliated I’ve birthed 3 kids my youngest is almost a year old everything should be fine down there
