Need help!

Hey guys I’ve been on the pill for about 3 months since I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries to regulate my periods and my partner and I have sex regularly but only with a condom and I have taken my seconds sugar pill today and have no sign or symptoms of getting my period is this something I should be worried about could it be a pregnancy issue or related to my PCOS? Girls help xx
