PLEASE HELP

Hi ladies, I had a miscarriage May 20th-may 27th of this year and I was only about 4 weeks with an HCG of 192 when I was miscarrying. i tested yesterday to see why I haven’t started my cycle yet since it’s been a month and had these positive pregnancy tests. My husband and I have had sex after my miscarriage, so is this possible to be pregnant again this soon even if I don’t feel many symptoms….? I have an appt a week from now to get a check up and see what’s going on. thank you for all your help!
