Post partum period
I’m 3.5 months pp and exclusively breastfeeding. I haven’t had my first period yet but for the past week I’ve had on and off mild cramping and 3 days ago I started spotting very light pink and brownish but only when I went to the bathroom. This happened for 3 days and today it’s completely gone. We are not trying for a baby I will add. Is this normal? Kinda freaking out 😭
